Bugs and missing matches

Include the Riot ID, region and, when possible, the match link or the time the game finished. Never send your Riot password.

Privacy and legal requests

Data access, correction or deletion requests, and reports about unlawful content.

What to include

For anything about a specific profile, include the Riot ID in the GameName#TAG format and the region you selected. For a missing or incorrect match, the approximate date and time it finished helps us find it quickly. We will never ask for your Riot account password, and you should never send it to anyone.

Privacy and your data

The Privacy Notice explains what Arena Legacy stores and why. Community account holders can export or delete their account data from My Account. For any other privacy request, email us from an address we can reply to and describe what you would like us to do.

Reporting content

To report unlawful content, use the content report form. It records the details a legal notice requires and sends you a reference. Operator details are listed in the Legal Notice.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few days. Riot Games does not operate Arena Legacy, so questions about your Riot account, bans or in-game purchases should go to Riot Games Player Support.
